Named GP

The Everglade Medical Practice has allocated every patient a GP who will be responsible for their overall care.

This does not prevent you from seeeing any GP or Nurse in the practice as you currently do.  Your named GP will not be available at all times and if your needs are urgent, you may need to discuss them with an alternative doctor.

Where a patient expresses a preference as to which GP they have been assigned, the practice will make reasonable efforts to accomodate this request.

You do not need to do anything, nothing will change for you, however, if you wish to know who your named GP is simply ask at reception on your next visit.
